Small batch bean to bar chocolate, made in Melbourne by Mörk Chocolate. We select cacao beans for their origin and flavour, then roast and craft them into chocolate from bean to finished bar.

Our Melbourne bean to bar chocolate collection includes dark single origin releases alongside seasonal milk and white chocolate bars. Each release explores the character of cacao, from the natural flavour of the bean through roasting and chocolate making.
