This dark chocolate is made with cacao from El Ceibo, a cooperative bringing together more than 1,200 small producers dedicated to organic cacao cultivation in Bolivia’s Alto Beni region. Our love for this cacao runs deep, with each batch revealing a complex and wonderfully distinctive flavour profile.

El Ceibo is the world’s first certified organic cacao cooperative. Across its plantations, cacao grows alongside fruit crops, medicinal plants and timber beneath the shade of mahogany and rosewood trees. This rich agroforestry system supports biodiversity while contributing to the remarkable character of the beans.

Working with such floral and complex cacao calls for a gentle, slow roast, gradually revealing each layer of flavour. Notes of black tea, dark honey and wood form the foundation, lifted by delicate rose and juicy black grape for a chocolate that is both elegant and deeply expressive.
