Proper Mörk hot chocolate at home

Mörk Hot Chocolate

Serves: 1

  • 2 heaped tbsp Mörk Chocolate*
  • 200 ml milk

Combine Mörk Chocolate with a quarter of the milk in a small pot over low heat and whisk until silky. Slowly add the rest of the milk, continuing to stir. Bring the chocolate to a simmer over medium heat and serve. 

*We like a stronger chocolate, and prefer to heap our tablespoons generously. You’ll know why when you taste it. A small tip: when using Dark Milk & River Salt, add an extra tablespoon. It makes for a sensational cup!
