This incredible chocolate milk thickens slightly and develops in flavour overnight. If you are feeling decadent, add seeds from 1/4 vanilla bean to the milk before cooking.
- 250ml milk of choice
- 40g Original Dark
Add ingredients to a pot, and whisk while bringing up to 65c. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes and serve over ice, or alternatively serve over two scoops of ice cream for a perfect iced chocolate.
Keeps in the fridge for up to 7 days.
